Daniel Ryan wins SPG Thompson Prize

Daniel Ryan has won the Sydney Protein Group's Thompson Prize for his presentation on the formation of transcription factor complexes, at the SPG's prize evening held on Wednesday Dec 7 at Macquarie University. Two other finalists for the prize, Philippa Stokes and Fionna Loughlin, were also from MMB.
On the same evening, three Lorne Travelling Fellowships were announced, and two of these were awarded to members of the School: the Proteome Systems award was won by Molly Clifton, while Mugda Bhati one the Greg-Ralston Award (for a finishing honours student who is about to start a PhD).
