Accommodation
Booking of accommodation is not through the conference organizers and must be done seperately.
There are two choices for accommodation at the Opal Cove resort:
- Resort style with hot buffet breakfasts included for each person. Opal offers two accommodation options - Resort Room - single ($135 pp/night) or twin ($72.50 pp/night) share and Suite - single ($235 pp/night) or double share ($125 pp/night)
- Self-contained villa-style accommodation (no breakfast), accommodating up to 6 people. Prices for these vary between $47.17 (3 bedroom, 6 people) and $55.50 pp/night (2 bedroom, 4 people)
When booking with Opal Cove (1800 008 198 or email Leah), please identify yourself as an ECPM registrant to get the discounted rates listed above.
Registrants should arrange with whom they will be sharing and confirm this when booking accommodation with the resort. If you do not have anyone to share with and you wish to, please indicate this when registering (tick the box). The Organising Committee will then try to match you up with other participants prior to booking.
For registrants with small children, providing they can be accommodated in existing bedding, there is no additional charge, only for their breakfast. Opal Cove also has a kids club which can be opened if required. The minimum numbers are 5 children to operate and it is approximately $25 per child including a meal.
