Conference venue
The organising committee selected the same venue used for the 2003, 2005 and 2007 ECPM: the luxurious Opal Cove Resort in Coffs Harbour. Located 5 minutes North of Coffs Harbour on the Pacific Highway, Novotel Opal Cove is right on the beach at Korora Bay; ideally situated for a variety of activities from bush walking in the national park to world-class surfing in the Pacific Ocean.
As well as secluded beach front, the resort also boasts a freshwater lagoon. The resort is surrounded by 36 hectares of sub-tropical rainforest, and has a 9-hole golf hourse, tennis courts, heated swimming pool, spa and massage facilities for delegates to enjoy.
Wireless broadband is available throughout the entire resort; access cards can be purchased at the front desk (from $4 - $25). There are computers available at the reception.
